Eat Cambridge 2019

This event combined a love of coffee with a rang of Latin foods. This was a collaboration betweenXueCam Coffee and La Latina Bustaurante. And illustrated talk was given, divided into 4 parts. The talk covered the history of coffee, coffee in Colombia, the importance of growing conditions, how XueCam sources its coffee.  In each interval a different coffee or preparation method was used, each coffee was accompanied by a typical Colombia food. Total length of the evening 2.5 hr.
