This coffee is a traditional full-bodied Coffee. Cooperative Grown In Huila, South Colombia.
It is decaffeinated using the Swiss water method to preserve the flavor and avoid the use of harmful solvents.
Altitude: 1600 – 1950 m above sea level Temperature 17 – 22 oC / Soil: Volcanic Ash Annual Rainfall: 1300 – 1800 mm
Harvest: April to July / November to January
Tasting notes: a strong tasting full bodied coffee, regarded as one the premium coffees of Colombia. Winner of national and international prizes.
